Rock Band Network has officially launched!
The RBN Store has now opened with over 100 songs available for purchase, and many more to come!
Rhythm Authors would first like to thank Harmonix for this absolute dream that's now come true. All artists, bands, and labels are able to reach the world through the Rock Band platform, delivering music in a unique and interactive format. Having founded the largest Rock Band and Guitar Hero community fan-site (ScoreHero) four years ago, and now playing an active role at the forefront of this ground-breaking initiative, it is our passion to make RBN a success.
Just in the months prior to launch we've had the privilege to establish great relationships with numerous talented musicians and record labels from all around the world, and to work with a wide variery of interesting music to develop and share the quality Rock Band experience that we crave, and so many have come to enjoy. After all the efforts that have led to this moment, it's mind-boggling to think that this is just the beginning!
These efforts go beyond the innovative crew at Harmonix, and extend to all Rock Band Creator's Community members who've collaborated in-part since July to set high quality standards while educating newcomers and ensuring consistency in all our products before they hit the store. To all other creators and peer reviewers: Rhythm Authors is sincerely thankful for your service and support to further improve our work. We will reciprocate and continue doing our part to help shape the community as it grows.
Now at this time, we celebrate by emptying our wallets and sharing the fruits of our labor!
