Audio Engineer
We are seeking an Audio Engineer to assist with the preparation and maintenance of audio resources used in our song-based authoring projects.
The ideal candidate would have proficiency with audio production software and be able to effectively mix and balance audio stems to replicate (as closely as possible) a target reference mix.

What You'll Do
- You will be assigned to prepare mixes for multiple projects, with a deadline given for each project.
- You will interface with the authoring/QA team and be responsible for audio revisions as necessary on assigned projects.
In this role, you will
- Learn required audio format and mixing specifications for our various project types.
- Work with audio stems (mastered and unmastered) to create mixed audio resources.
- Balance audio files to match reference mix targets as closely as possible.
- Draw upon your expertise to solve challenging audio-related circumstances.
- Identify unsolvable audio issues and report them with clear communication.
- Create tempo maps, and work with project templates.
- Provide audio revisions as deemed necessary during production.
- Maintain a secure working environment.
What we're looking for
- Experience working with audio production software, ideally multiple DAWs including REAPER.
- Experience mixing and balancing audio, including the use of effects (EQ, compression/limiting, and other techniques) as necessary to achieve a desired sound and loudness level.
- A keen ear, adept at recognizing subtle audio disparities.
- An independent thinker able to identify concerns and find solutions within a project's constraints.
